This South African Social Security Agency SASSA has not yet made any announcement about stopping the grant payments for the current month, instead is still processing the grant payments and has already announced the dates of grant disbursement.

Payment Window For November
The grant holder will receive the payments of November 2024 between 5th November to 7th November. The exact disbursement schedule for November 2024 grant payments according to the grant type of SASSA is mentioned below.
- The Older Persons Grant or the Pensioners grant will be disbursed to the grant holders on 5th November, 2024.
- After that the Disability Grant will be disbursed to disable eligible applicants on Wednesday, 6th November.
- All of the other grants will be disbursed to grant holders on 7th November, 2024.

December 2024
- Older Person will get their grant on 3rd December 2024, Tuesday.
- Disability Grants will be disbursed on 4th December, 2024 Wednesday.
- Children’s Grant will be disbursed on 5th December 2024, Thursday.
January 2025
- Older persons can receive their SASSA grant on 3rd January 2025 Friday.
- The Disability Grant will be issued on 6th January 2025, Monday.
- Children’s Grant will be issued on 7th January 2025, Tuesday.
February 2025
- Older persons can receive their social grants on 4th February 2025, Tuesday for the month of February.
- Disability Grant will be disbursed on 5th February 2025, Wednesday.
- Children’s Grant holders can receive their grant on 6th February 2025, Tuesday.
March 2025
- Older persons can get their SASSA grant on 4th March 2025, Tuesday.
- Disability grant will be issued on 5th March 2025 Wednesday.
- Childrens grant will be disbursed on 6th March 2025, Thursday.
Changes In The SASSA Cards
Postbank has introduced new Postbank black cards that are going to replace the SASSA old gold cards. These debit cards are now available at postbank and beneficiaries are requested to collect their new Postbank black cards as soon as possible to make sure they received their payment easily and conveniently.
Where To Collect Your Grant Payment?
There is no news until now that SASSA is not making grant payments this month, instead SASSA has recently announced the payment dates for the month of November. Moreover the organisation has also told beneficiaries about the locations from where they can collect their payments.
- Those grant beneficiaries who are permanent and have opted for the disbursement of the grant payment directly into their bank account can collect their payment from bank accounts.
